“Great location, the shuttle to and from Broadway was amazingly convenient. Only issue we had (for a brand new hotel) is that there was one elevator basically permanently down, and a guest broke the other one so we had to take stairs for a couple hours until it was fixed, but that was just for a few hours (and I only had to climb once)”

“The room was perfect! Very clean. The breakfast was very good. And they were mindful of where my room was considering I had kids with me. The pool was also very clean ”

“I contacted the front desk because I thought the bed was a little too firm and the very helpful and accommodating staff helped by providing a nice mattress pad. Room was very comfortable.”

“Hotel WIFI is terrible, I couldn't even watch a vedio by connecting to the WIFI. The room has very poor sound insulation. Starting from 9 am, I could hear loud noises from the cleaning staff pushing carts back and forth along the hallway. Breakfast is average level. In total not worth the price.”

“This was a great hotel, it seems as though it’s brand new, very fresh and clean. The check-in was very smooth, Izzy was super friendly. It was quiet and comfortable, exactly what we needed. The breakfast bar in the morning was quite nice. I definitely will return. ”
