“This was an adorable little place, perfect for my husband and I. With a few minor tweaks and upgrades, this would easily be a five star stay. I would happily stay here again. Thank you!”

“The property was very clean nice open kitchen and comfortable rooms . Very nice experience definitely recommend.”

“This home is beautiful, clean, and fully equipped. The owner was super responsive as was his cleaning lady who helped answer any questions I had about the property. We had the best weekend enjoying the pool and the spacious kitchen and living room area with our friends. We will definitely be back next year! Thanks Doug and April!”

“Very comfortable and clean house, with lovely and thoughtful amenities provided by the communicative and very kind host. The home is very conveniently located for Baltimore and local music venue destinations, and is very spacious with lovely outdoor space. Would book again next time we need accommodations in the area”

“There was confusion on the check-in time because the listing said it would be available in the morning and then at the last minute that was changed to 5 PM. We had reservations already made so I requested a 4 PM check-in. I did not think that was unreasonable because the listing had been incorrect. Once we were able to check-in, everything was great. I did receive a message on the app sometime during the night that the host was upset with me because we checked in 20 minutes early which was……

“This was a lovely place for my mom and I to stay - we were dealing with a challenging situation and Solmaz was very kind and was easy to communicate with. The community is nice and parking was easy. ”

“Wonderful place right on the water! Had fun kayaking and swimming, enough room to lay out in the sun. House was lovely!”

“Need lights around the back where you check in at. No tv in bedroom. Just two towels and no bath clothes. Need curtains in bedroom. We had to sleep at foot of bed because our head sunk at top of bed. Really no where to park but on street. A good walk from the street to round back where you go in. The place ain't bad but needs to get it right for people to enjoy their stay.”

“Kitchen was well-equipped for family meals. Should have been advised when pool was avaliable. ”

“We liked being on the water and the beds were comfortable. I appreciated the quick responses from the host as he addressed any issues we had. The downstairs had very low ceilings and both my husband and grandson are over 6 feet so we had to be sure to watch our heads. There were still dishes not put away from the previous tenants but the bathrooms were updated and nice. Thanks for sharing your house.”

“Very good”

“The house was great and the host was better! She was super responsive and helpful, and everything went well on our stay!”

“We had a great stay at the pool loft. The property was clean, well appointed and the pool was an added bonus to cool off after a hot July day. The hosts were very friendly and responded to every need immediately. There was a shopping center with a large grocery store, pharmacy and a few restaurants one mile up the road which was very convenient and easy access to highways. My two daughters and I stayed for almost two weeks while waiting for our new home to be ready for move in. It became a……

“This property was immaculate with top notch technology. Decor was meticulous and update. Everything you need is included. Anytime I am in Baltimore I will stay here.”

“This property was super cutesy in a very quiet neighborhood. Check in process was easy, two car driveway, spacious rooms. This house accommodates various guests, those who want to relax with the blankets in the living room, with snacks, to my favorite place, the sun room, friendly book shelves for kids and adults and DVDs which gives it a nostalgic feel. Pet friendly, slide out back for kids for entertainment, big backyard with a grill and ready to go utensils. Ninja and coffee maker with a……

“Very responsive host and very personable. We enjoyed the space and the spent a lot time on the dock trying to fish lol but did catch a few crabs. Only a few suggested improvements: pillows are hard and we woke up with crooked necks... would return but will bring pillows from home. Also a garbage disposal would be nice... we cooked a lot and I was in overdrive trying to catch any food from going down the drain and couldn't help but think most guests might not be so type A. Also for those who cook……

“This is a nice place to stay when visiting the area and traveling with our dog. Relaxing waterfall pond off the screeded-in porch is great for reading and morning coffee. The management representative is very receptive to any concerns or needs.”

“Needed cleaning. Offered to send cleaning team but everyone was settled..Had socks and trash under the beds. Small street so you need a vehicle that is easy to maneuver. Owner was great and responsive as was the host… laundry is pay so had to go get quarters…”
