“This was my first experience with and use of VRBO, and I could not be any happier. The place was very clean and well appointed. I especially liked the decorative odes to Elvis, Al Green, Otis Redding and other Memphis giants of music. The neighborhood is akin to other cities' art/up-and-coming areas. A great benefit of this was being away from downtown but just just close enough that it was a 10-15 minute walk to places; very close to the Memphis Redbirds' stadium. Parking was a breeze.……

“Let me start by saying that Mr. Christmas is as down to earth as you can get, he is very personable and loves a good conversation. The house was clean from top to bottom, there was even some food in the fridge for us to help ourselves. Everything you need for a great stay, and a comfortable stay was at your fingertips. “This was a very comfortable unit. Quite neighborhood. Within a few minutes to Beale Street! Everything was clean and well supplied with everything you would need, with the exception of food. A bit of snafu on entering the home, but I do not have email on my phone. The owner arrived within 3 minutes of a phone call. He was great!”

“It wasn’t quite what I was expecting, not for photos or listing… because the house itself is cute. You can tell the owner cares about the property and guests. The neighborhood isn’t the best, but we didn’t have any problems. The security system and cameras did help ease the worry. The owner is quick to respond and very nice and helpful.
