“I contacted the host (through the app) when I arrived because the room was very cold. The A/C was on and there was no thermostat. Additionally, there is a large gap under the door that lead into the lobby of the home. I had to shove bags under it to try to create some kind of seal. I slept in my clothes because the room was so cold and there were no additional blankets. I never heard back from the host, so the next day I called. I left a message with an answering service. Someone texted me where……

“Really enjoyed staying at this place. Super clean and in a great/safe neighborhood. The owner was also easy to reach and quick to respond. Would gladly stay again, in the future.”

“We stayed here while visiting an aunt. We liked the location and it was great having the living area and kitchenette. We were able to get up and make our own breakfast, which was nice. We also packed some lunches as well, and stored some food for dinner with my aunt. Having the kitchenette was key.”

“Room was clean had a nice view, the only downsides were we expected by the photos it was more than a room and a bathroom, that the photos suggested it had a private area for sitting down but I realized when we got there it was common area. At night it was quite cold l, so we did have to get another blanket, and the shower took a while to heat up, but overall for a place to spend the night and be close to amenities, it worked for us :) ”

“Bob's place was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully appointed with basically every necessity you would want! Check-in communication was timely and simple. The location is close to just about everything Asbury Park has to offer. We're looking forward to returning!”

We were in town for a lacrosse game at Monmouth University - it was a good location fairly close to campus easy drive. Thanks for a great weekend ”
