“This is a cozy property in a very rural setting. The host is extremely responsive and very thorough. It is quiet and private. The furniture and bed are very comfortable. The wood burning stove is a pellet stove which provides enough heat to take the edge off. The hot tub could comfortably fit 4 people. The Village of Cold Spring is less than 10 minutes away, as is the Interstate 84 bridge across the Hudson. If you want to make your own food, bring it. There is no grocery store nearby.”

“Our group were in town for a wedding nearby in Garrison. The stay here was ideal in terms of space and proximity to the wedding venue. Wished we could stay longer! The host was accommodating by letting us check-in earlier.”

“This is an attractive, well-laid out house with an extremely accommodating owner. The home is pretty small—great for two or three with very little play area inside for kids—but there are several great outside areas on the deck, around the pool and stream. In terms of accessibility, three steps up to the doorway, a step down to the master bedroom and a step up to the ensuite master bath.”

The space is very functional with two beds, a kitchen, and a laundry machine as well which is very helpful for a longer stay! “We loved the house, the location was perfect. Walking distance to grocery store, cvs and a great pizza place. It was 3 miles from the hospital. House was clean, it had everything we needed. If we ever have to go back, that would be where we stay. Host was amazing and super accommodating”

There were several ant traps on the counters but they were pretty ineffective Otherwise, the house was great.”

We hosted an unforgettable 80th bday party for our Mom with all our extended family and friends. Wow! The house is gorgeous! It is perfect for a event. The grand hall, the ability to open up the rooms to the backyard, and the VIEW, truly set the stage for a beautiful evening. The home is truly remarkable! My mom was overwhelmed and so thankful……

“My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and recently remodeled so everything is new. For our family of four there was tons of space and there is a huge back yard. The neighborhood feels safe and is quiet. There is a really good bagel shop at the end of the street (2 min walk), and a good Italian deli for sandwiches also down the street, along with a few other amenities in walking distance. Street parking was super easy and always available in front of the house or house next……
