It is a century-old traditional home located close to many restaurants, cafes, boutiques, stores, and bus and taxi stops, while keeping itself hidden away in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the bay. Just a few steps away from Lagada Beach (200m ~ 3min walk) and only a bit of a walk to Papikinos Beach (1,5km ~ 20min walk).
The house consists of a living room with a kitchen, a dining area and a TV. The living room includes a big sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a refrigerator, a small stove, a coffee maker and anything that might be required to prepare meals. The main dining area has been designed on the outside where you can enjoy your breakfast/lunch/dinner with a beautiful view. There are 2 bedrooms, each has a double bed, 2 bedside tables, 1 clothes hanging rack, 1 luggage rack and 1 boudoir with a mirror. Note: This is a duplex with two separate units. Guests will share a common staircase and a small walkway leading to the second unit. Each unit has its own private entrance, living space, and amenities. Beyond the shared staircase and walkway, all other spaces are private to each unit.
