Bedroom No1 (27sq.m.): It offers direct access to the pool, it consists of a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, a smart TV 45", a/c, ceiling fan and safe box.

Bedroom No2 (30sq.m.): It offers direct access to the back yard and the garden with olive trees, it consists of a queen size bed, a sofa bed, ensuite bathroom with built-in shower (similar to a tub), a smart TV 45", a/c, ceiling fan and safe box.

Kitchen: this well-designed area has a Kitchen Island with counter stools, a large fridge, oven, four stovetops, airfryer, juice extractor, toaster, Espresso Coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

Living room: elegance and comfort are combined in this area, which has direct access to the pool! It offers a seating area with a long sofa and lounge chairs, a 75" Smart Tv with Home Cinema system, fireplace, ceiling fan and amazing views to the pool and the Aegean Sea!

Swimming pool: an infinity 9m swimming pool with seawater overlooking the Aegean Sea and the skyline of Adamas port!! It is combined with a hot tub (2m) and a waterfall massage fountain! Beanbags, day beds and louche chairs surround it!!

Large Wooden Gazebo: Located by the pool, it has a long wooden dining table where you can enjoy your breakfast and meals all day! Bluetooth connected sound system is available!
You can control the lighting, the sound and the audio system by smart app on the tablet we provide you!

Outdoor Shower: placed closed to the gazebo, offers you a sense of freedom with stunning views of the Aegean Sea and the natural gulf of the port!

BBQ: it is a fully equipped BBQ corner, with built-in cupboards, four gas stoves, grill, and BBQ utensils! A local chef could be invited to prepare you a great dinner!!
