  • Welcome to my Beautiful, Historic East Side 3 Bedroom Upper Flat! While this apartment features beautiful craftsmanship, it also features updated amenities to ensure a welcomed stay.

    Located in the Upper East Side, one of the safest neighborhoods in Milwaukee, you will find ample space for an enjoyable stay. Highlights include both a front and rear balcony, a garage and slab off street parking spot, in unit laundry, jacuzzi tub, Keurig, smart TV’s in every room, and high speed Wifi.

    The front spiral staircase leads to a storage area, which also contains an emergency exit for the third story apartment, in which the building manager resides. The door is locked at all times and the door is equipped with an alarm to give guests peace of mind regarding privacy and security.

Summerfest

We enjoyed our stay. This place is within walking distance to several nice bar/restaurants and a quick ride to the beach and many other options of things to do. We enjoyed sitting on the porch as well.

Great location and comfortable accommodations!

Took a short father/son and father/son fishing trip with four adults. Great location, safe neighborhood, comfortable beds and great fishing. Would recommend this property and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Everything was as advertised. It was the perfect place for our visit to Milwaukee to attend several UWM graduation events. We would definitely stay again.

A great stay at Maryland Manor

A lovely and spacious accommodation. Lots of charm. Wish we could have stayed longer! Perhaps add seating to the front balcony porch.

Nice neighborhood

The property had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. It could use a microwave. K cup pods were provided which was a life saver.

This property is not quite ready to serve as a guest house. It took more than 15 minutes to access the rooms owing to battery operated security doors with different passcodes and each takes time to get familiarized with unlocking and locking operations. Some interior doors can not even be locked, posing some security concerns. Floors are squeaky where footsteps of upstairs tenants were clearly heard. All windows miss blinds, which are fine at day time but you are fully exposed to external observers if any. The digital thermostat is not fun to adjust. Given that the nightly price is over $300, It is advised that the owner make a major remodeling to bring the quality of the space to a livable condition. We called the owner twice to get help with the battery operated security door issues, he is very friendly and helpful. All the best with future guest services.

Milwaukee

This is such a neat old house. Staying on the second floor was so worth climbing up the stairs . There is now a microwave. Could use a small sauce pan. Loved it!!
