Walkable Studio Apartment with Good Wifi and Washer/Dryer

I had a good stay. The unit is within walking distance (15-20) minutes of most everything that you need - grocery store, cafes, restaurants, the riverwalk, the streetcar, and the green line bus directly to the airport. The host was very responsive. The kitchen is well-furnished and there is a washer/dryer in unit. It's a studio apartment and therefore the space is small, making it best for single travelers or a couple. There is no separation between any of the living spaces (normal for a studio). You can reach the unit via public transport (via the streetcar if you are arriving on Amtrak, via the bus green line if arriving at the airport). No parking is provided and street parking can be tricky. My only observation would be that this is a newer building and therefore you will occasionally hear the neighbors through the wall/ceiling. A good value for budget-conscious travelers.
