“Lovely quiet resort right on the beachfront. The beach is very clean and clear. You are able to snorkel straight off the beach. There also is a small boat to hire. Delicious food at reasonable prices and fantastic sunsets. The accommodation is basic but clean and comfortable. Only cold water available, but not an issue in the heat. The room had a fan which was enough to keep cool at night. Lovely place. Highly recommended. ”

“We booked 3 rooms on separate bookings and on arrival there was no rooms available. Owner tried to put all 3 of us in the same room with no discount. While at the property I discussed refund with hotels.com but following enquiry no refund was given and I also had to find alternative accommodation ”

“The staff was really nice as other travelers' reports. However, the accommodation was disappointing. There was no chair in the room. You know, everyone get dirty and dusty after a tour in El Nido. You don't offer a chair, now that visitors can not help but sit on the floor or the bed. The towels were yellowish. The stream of tap water was very unsteady. One should repeatedly ask the kind staff to adjust it. After the adjustment, the stream might be strong enough......for a while. There……

“All'arrivo ci viene detto che delle due camere prenotate da mesi ne era disponibile solo una. L'altra coppia viene dirottata presso un'altra struttura vicina di livello e prezzo un pò inferiore. Nessuna possibilità di usufruire dell'assistenza da Expedia, disponibile solo un inutile bot automatico che alla fine invitava a chiamare un numero di Milano disponibile solo in alcune ore del giorno. “All good, just troubles with check in - they let me wait until 2 pm saying that it is the time that the check in starts even though everywhere is written that it starts at 1 pm, very confusing and annoying to let you wait even though the room was already supposed to be ready!! No compensation for all the useless waiting kn the heat ”
