2-family house "Douchamïa". 2 apartments in the property. 200 m from the edge of the forest, 400 m from the sea, 10 km from the lake, 400 m from the beach. For shared use: property 800 m2 (fenced). Shop 150 m, grocery, supermarket 100 m, bakery 200 m, bus stop 400 m, sandy beach "la garluche" 400 m, bathing lake "Aureilhan" 10 km. Golf course (9 hole) 10 km, surf school 400 m, sailing school 10 km, riding stable 10 km. Nearby attractions: Biscarrosse 30 km, Arcachon dune du Pila 70 km, Casino de jeux 900 m, Disc golf 900 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Mimizan Aureilhan 8 km. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked.
5-room house 110 m2 on 1st floor. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), shower. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Balcony 20 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced 3 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
