Charming 30m² studio for vacation rental, ideally located 250m from the pedestrian streets and all amenities. You'll be able to enjoy Mimizan beach and the many activities in and around Mimizan.

You can come and stroll in the Landes forest, discover Spain and the Basque Country; many activities await you!

This 1-star studio for 2 to 4 people includes a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a sleeping area with two 90x190 bunk beds, and a bathroom with a separate toilet.

A sunny 7m² terrace overlooking the Courant is ideal for enjoying evenings with family or friends.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private access to the Courant beach in MIMIZAN PLAGE.

PLEASE NOTE: This accommodation does not have a parking space.

BED SHEETS AND BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED IN THE RENTAL.

不满意：清洁度

Appartement pas propre, pas de télécommande pour accéder à la propriété...

À notre arrivée la douche était bouchée pas possible de se doucher plus d'une minute sans attendre 15 minute que le bac se vide, donc oblugé d'attendre jusqu'au lundi que l'agence ouvre pour qu'ils envoient quelqu'un... De plus la télécommande pour ouvrir le portail d'entrée de la résidence ne fonctionnait plus donc pas de place privative pour notre semaine obligé de se garer devant et encore quand il y a de la place... réponse de l'agence qui soit disant avait commandé la télécommande c'est pas sérieux en plein mois d'août ! Manque de vaisselle seulement 2 verre dans l'appartement, quand on ouvre un tiroir une poignée sur 2 nous reste dans la main... Vraiment pas sérieux pour plus de 800€ la semaine aucun effort de leur part je déconseille Guy hoquet mimizan, à fuir
