"The room was clean however you can’t check in early, which is something you should note if you arrive before three. There is no included breakfast. There are a lot of stairs within the actual room itself, which is a trip hazard in the middle of the night. We checked out a day early as the bed was very uncomfortable and very low to the ground. "

"Ultra modern with excellent views of the bay and the city. To get to the hotel, you enter the ground floor of the building and take the elevator to the seventh floor for the lobby and reception. The first person to greet your arrival is Hashimoto, who instantly makes you feel like a valued customer or, maybe, a warmly received family member. What a pleasant introduction to this hotel. And, throughout our four-day stay, he seemed to always be on the ground level, greeting, opening car doors, and generally making one feel good. We loved the available lighting choices in our room, the automatic opening and soft closing of all the doors, the size of our closet, and the comfort of the bed. Each morning was a delicious breakfast with great views. This hotel is an excellent choice while visiting Nagasaki. As you exit the train station, turn to your right, and, Voila, there it is!"

"This was a conveniently located hotel that was easy to access via the tram from the train station in a great shopping and restaurant district. The room was spacious clean and staff was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Very nice hotel - everything was great although the quad room with 4 beds is best for 4 people, not six. We were travelling with kids but the beds were a bit narrow (they’re basically sized in between a single and a double). Worked out okay as we’re small people. The room was very nice though!"
