"This is the second time we have stayed. They were able to make it easy for moderately handicapped friends to get in and out easily and were able to get us the same room 2 years in a row because of our needs. Breakfast is better than average and coffee available in the lobby is a real treat. There are a few lazy staff but most are delightful and a pleasure to work with. My only complaint this year was the blocking off of many, many up close parking spaces because supposedly workers would be in early to pull ACs and wash them. We never saw ANY workers using those spots. Very inconvenient for a week that was going to include many older or handicapped guests. I just wish Hotels.com made it possible for us to divide the bill between roommates when we choose to pay at the hotel. It’s ridiculous that they can’t make that happen. "
