“Exceptional continental breakfast consisting of egg quiche, bakery bread/toast, exceptional coffee from a local source, in house baked muffins etc. The people who stay here are usually well educated and have achieved successful careers and conversational so the social atmosphere was delightful to us. The building is very attractive and in an outstanding area. Very recommendable overall!!”

He makes a great breakfast for his guests every morning with warm conversation. This motel has more of a bed and breakfast feeling with cozy vibes. I highly recommend and would definitely return!”

“Excellent stay! Our stay was perfect for our Cooperstown experience. Our son played at Dreams Park which was just a few minutes away. We were lucky to have only 1 rain delay, but super convenient to go back & forth between games, Hall of Fame or other area attractions. The kitchen is fully stocked with every tool you might need to prepare meals. The kids loved the bunk beds, such a great use of space to maximize sleeping options. Our queen bed in the main bedroom was SO comfortable and the……
