Rating our stay
The elevator was broken and the front desk person was not knowledgeable. The hotel was clean and had a great breakfast.

Our elevator is being upgraded to a new state of the art elevator. Sorry it was down during your stay. The stairs are the tough. Sorry FD was not very knowledgeable, we will update some training!

Front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. Mr. Denovan and staff made our stay pleasant. Breakfast was excellent. A wide range of foods served in a spotless and bright dinging area.

Would like it to be cleaner
The bathroom had hair all on the floor and shower. There was a gold ring around the toilet base. Our room had a shared door with with another guest who was up at 5am on Sunday and very loud. The staff is pleasant. There’s not many options in Minden unfortunately.

I have stayed here several times. It is consistently good. All the stuff works, breakfast is ok although low end with tiny forks and knives. The staff was very nice and parking plentiful.

Great hotel for a traveling family. There is a pool, exercise room, and free breakfast. The staff is really nice and friendly. All parts of the property were clean. Fresh towels and room cleaning upon request.

The shower water ran across the bathroom floor and into entry way. This is very unsafe. Loud and profane occupants in room next door.

If the shower curtain was in the tub properly this should not have happened, so I am not sure what the issue was. Any time you have a problem with noisy guest, please call the front desk. We will take care of it.

I'm sorry you arrived while the elevator was not working. They were able to get it working again first thing the next morning. Not sure why you had bad smelling linens. If you had let us know, we would have taken care of it right away. Please come stay again.
