"Great stay! Property was very clean and appeared very new. The rooms were very spacious and nice! Upon check-in, we were given vouchers for a glass of wine/beer, a savory salad buffet style breakfast. The breakfast had a good variety to choose choose from. Additionally, they had a menu to order appetizers or dinner and a full bar. Asitionally, the hotel was very conveniently located local shopping and a variety of local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again! "

"The staff was excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was very basic, but good and they kept it clean and fresh. Rooms were clean and they serviced them daily, but had a stale smell when you walked in. Turning on the HVAC in the room resolved that, but the hallway still smell to them, I think the carpet held the smell and needed freshened up. Overall was a good experience and I would definitely stay there again if I am ever in the area again. "

"The cottage is on a busier street than we expected, and parking instructions were unclear (host will be correcting this). Parking is in the alley behind the property. Bedrooms on the Forest St. side were too loud with traffic at night, but those on the alley side were much quieter. House is generally clean and pleasant, with a distant view out over the bay, but it is minimalist. Furniture is comfy and good quality, but there were no games/puzzles/toys/books when we stayed, and the kitchen lacked some basic items. That said, the hosts were VERY open to feedback and I'm certain they will addressing these issues. The place was spacious for entertaining, centrally located (close to the food co-op!), and we would definitely stay there again."

"Great place in great location. Host was communicative and responsive throughout stay. Easy parking but walkable to almost everything in downtown. Comfortable bed. Fenced it backyard was great for our dogs. Only slight negative was that upstairs neighbor could be loud walking around, but overall, fantastic plane. We would stay there again."
