“This is a converted shed, so it is very small. That being said, it was comfortable and easy to manuver around in. The floor plan works and I was very impressed by that. Perfect for one or two adults. The loft bed was comfortable but you cannot sit up so be aware of that. I came in on a day where the weather dropped from 70's to 30's and woke up freezing. The fire place did not work, nor did the heater. However, the property manager was always quick to respond and did bring us a space heater. I……

“No problem with the house. It was clean and plenty of beds. There was a problem sleeping due to dogs barking (probably at cats) from 10:00 to 4:30 am. You might try the outdoor dog barking deterrent. It cost less than $30. Maybe a coffee table in the living room for drinks. Only one bedroom had a mirror so 4 women crowding one bathroom is not the best. Consider a cover for the patio coming summer.”

“Great getaway and beautiful river venue - good consideration for large gatherings close to DFW; Friendly and knowledgeable staff; however, we stayed on a Tuesday night and staff left at 5 so no access to recreation cabin, ice, lodge until next morning. Close enough to Mineral Wells to get dinner and drinks at the few places that were open on a Tuesday evening. Fishing dock was pleasant and strolling the grounds a unique experience. Bed just okay. Room and BR extremely clean and quiet. No need……

“Pool and pool table were great amenities. Super clean. Sleep number beds. We had 6 adults, so we didn't use the bunk beds, we used the couch and pull out. Kitchen was well supplied. Quiet. Owner was great. Absolutely loved the disconnection, walked around outside if needed connection so most stayed off their phones - blessing.”

“We came into town to float the Brazos for my birthday so super casual time and expectations. Driving to the property we were apprehensive on what to expect but pulled up to a house that has an amazing view. Could sit out all day and look over the valley and trees. Which brings me to the biggest point - why no patio furniture?! None whatsoever. Disappointing for a huge patio and absolutely gorgeous view. We were there for multiple meals and disappointed to find very minimal kitchenware. They did……

“We booked this for a wedding at a nearby location. We loved it! Very clean and decorated exactly how the pictures indicated. We were very impressed with everything! Spacious for multiple females to get wedding ready...lol The only negative: the description did not mention that parking was street only. This is in a neighborhood, so we were nervous that we had too many cars and were blocking neighbors (we did not have a driveway). But other than that, super cute place and if I am ever back in……
