"Staff were excellent, as was the breakfast. Not the hotel’s fault but there are many stray dogs in the area which although friendly enough when you walk near them spend most of the night howling or barking or fighting which made sleeping very difficult. "

Location from kandy Town is about 2km, but it is so deep inside an area that you won't have phone signals or event street light when it is night.
