“I usually stay at high end boutique hotels, so I ended up here only because I needed a place for an unexpected layover. The amenities at those types of hotels are obviously on a different level, but I’ve honestly never stayed somewhere this nice at this price point. What really set this place apart was the service. Maya at the front desk and the gentleman at the door were exceptional. They treated me like a friend, gave me great recommendations for restaurants and places to go during my delay,……

“Directions to property were spot on, directions to get into property were easy to follow. Only snafu we had was parking. If you drive a large vehicle (I have a suburban) do not pay for parking as vehicle will not fit. Everything was clean and basic needs were met.”

“my advice is to stay somewhere else. to me, this building seemed like it had been used as subsidized housing by a public agency and then sold. The new owner may have transformed each of the units into a hotel room, but they couldn’t change the stairways, the elevators, or the sad depressing feeling inside the building. The apartment that I was given was perfectly fine. In a neutral kind of way, there was no problem. However, when I got off the elevator on my floor there was someone yelling “F……

“Staff were helpful, but slow. Everything about the property was dirty. Floors, counters, walls - all sticky.”

“I loved it there! Only thing is i feel like it should say free morning snacks, not free breakfast just because the only thing for breakfast is coffee and granola bars, and small muffins. Other then that it actually was nice, i do wish for the price there would have been a pool tho😂”
