Location is great. Nice, safe neighborhood. On street parking was never an issue. We had a bit of an issue with the lock box, but the onsite owner had it resolved right away. This unit is in the basement of an older home and we stayed over the Chritmas week. Being an older home, we could clearly hear the owners and thier dog moving about upstairs. Not a big deal, but good to know if that is an issue for others. The basement floors are painted concrete with some area rugs and the floors were cold. The toilet is in a separate (water closet) off of the kitchen. It was not vented or heated and was pretty cold unless you leave the door open. The bathroom shower and sink area were nice (vented and heated.) The kitchen while modern and clean lacked an oven. We had hoped to spend some time here with our adult children, but was not really suited for entertaining. It would probably be a great place for two to stay while exploring the area during the summer months.
