Dude working the night was awesome! It was busy as heck in the lobby and he was friendly but organized in helping the guests. He had a great attitude. The girl in the morning was friendly as well.

Dylan at the front desk was absolutely outstanding!!! I had been in a car accident before I arrived and he was researching auto dealerships for me for the next day. He should have a raise!!!

Newer clean property. We had a two bed room that was listed as queens but the beds and room were small. A couple of front desk staff were a little uninspired and watching TV in the lobby.

The rooms are very nice and clean, everything is very well maintained and perfect, the only bad thing is that the breakfast is very very bad, very cold food with no taste and very little variety, terrible coffee, otherwise everything is perfect

Solo Shopping Weekend
The property was very clean and well-maintained, and the front desk team was very welcoming and pleasant. The room was very nice, quite comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was well above average. The location was perfect for me, and I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed there 2 with 3 teenagers to go to Valleyfair, zoo and Scream Town. Great location for that. Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent for a free hotel breakfast. The guys in the evening at the desk were great - helpful and fun. We’d stay again. Only issue - the 3 bottles in the shower - had two body wash and no shampoo bottle, conditioner was empty. Not a big deal but housekeeping shoukd check. And only less than half a roll of TP which, again, easy fix but room should be stocked.
