Nice girls trip

Great room! Nice little kitchen and the staff were great. Amazing breakfast!!!! Only complaint was the beds are a little small and the bathrooms a little cramped.

Great hotel! Love the kitchen in the room, very spacious and clean. Staff was kind and helpful. Great location (for us). Easy to get on the main roads that take you into Minneapolis/Bloomington. We will definitely stay again.

Had a nice stay at this Residence Inn. I liked that the property was more like cottage apartments rather than the usual big building hotel. Room was very clean and was equipped with everything needed to make a light dinner. Layout of room was great - bed was placed far away from the door - and the room was very spacious. The balcony was an added plus. Would definitely recommend - especially for families.

Love this hotel.

Very friendly and cooperative staff. They will go out of their way to be helpful. Since I am dairy-free, they have nearly nothing I can eat for breakfast. They have to abide by corporate rules, but corporate needs to be friendly food-wise to people who are gluten and dairy-free.

The property is definitely dated. Our couch was ripped at the point where it was pulled out for a sofa bed. We also had ants in the bathroom and a clogged drain. When we notified the front desk maintenance came right away and sprayed for the ants and unclogged the drain. However, when I again mentioned it at checkout just got a "sorry". Easy property to find in the metro area and convenient for what we were there for.

The location was very convenient. The staff was friendly. The room left a lot to be desired. It smelled of smoke. I was offered a different room, but we checked in later after a 6 hr drive. I just wanted to notify staff so we didn’t get charged as a non smoking room. I turned down the room as we had just got settled. We believe it was someone in the building as it seemed to come from out a/c venting. Room was a nice size, but had a Weird stain on floor and microwave did not work. It was pet friendly, and we had dogs so that was a plus.

We enjoyed the many breakfast options, especially the yogurt, fresh fruit, and blueberry compote. The suite was spacious and provided all of the amenities that we required. The only drawbacks were the thin walls (we could hear the residents upstairs) and the smoke alarm, which shone a light directly over the bed. The staff were kind and helpful. Thanks to all!
