Hi Cheryl,I am sorry if you were not aware of the issue on Friday where we had no internet until 4pm. This was the cause of the delay not simply staffing. Parking is unique in that we do not have a ramp so the valet when over a 100 cars are arriving is a serious challenge and many guests found their parking on their own. When one understands that the hotel actually is a great spot to attend concerts and games. We hope you understand and will consider us in the future. All the best.

I am very sorry Jason that breakfast was such a disappointment, we understand parking is an issue and most guests figure that out even before they arrive as we only have valet and as most downtown hotels their is roughly 50 cost. But breakfast should not have had that issue and we will be sure to be more prepared in the future. Thank you for the feedback.

We do apologize for the issues on that evening. Our internet was the issue and has since been resolved. We also have improved the valet service, but I will say that during big events there will likely be some delays.

Thank you Nichole, you are right it is better to not have a vehicle when staying with us downtown. Note the Home2 Suites in our same building does have kithenettes in hte rooms, so full size fridge and microwave++. Thank you again!
