“Nice place and service”

“We enjoyed our stay. The bathroom tub was dirty and black specks on the wall. Kids enjoyed the pool. The slides steps need hosed off as were grimy. Overall enjoyed the stay.”

“The only thing we couldn't understand is that there was one person at the desk during check-in. If check-in time is at 3:00 then put two at the front desk to assist with answering the phone... checking people in... answering questions from people already checked in. I expected better from Holiday Inn. ”

“In short, the room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. It had a fridge that worked well, the AC kept the room cool, and the Wifi worked perfectly. There's not much more I could ask for, especially at this price point. The full version was that initially I had another room booked at a different hotel (Sonesta) but because of all the events in town they overbooked. Worse even, they waited to call and tell me until the night I needed the room, two hours before I needed it during the……

“My friend and I were artist vendors at Minnehaha falls Art Fair and picked this hotel mostly because it was an easy 15 minute drive to the venue. The spacious room gave me the added bonus of being able to create art in the hotel at night in preparation for the next day sales. It’s recently been updated by Hilton and was very clean, mostly quiet and the staff were all lovely. Will definitely stay again next year!!”
