"This house is a dream. Plenty of room for our group of 33. It’s HUGE! The kids loved the play area in the basement and the guys enjoyed watching football in the theater. We were able to get groceries on our way in and we cooked at least one meal everyday. Everything you need is there. The view can not be beat. It’s breathtaking. This was our first time to Bear Lake and we hope we can return one day. We enjoyed the small community and family owned restaurants. We did have trouble controlling the temp in the house but it is a large space. Also, the dryer on the main floor did not work but we notified the owner. He was extremely nice and even accommodated a late check out. "

"Absolutely beautiful home, the host made sure my siblings trip was a success. On top accommodating every room for children in mind. The winter weather set in as we stayed in creasing the beauty of the home. The teep would of been a bonus. The smiles an the good times we had here was all that I wanted. This is our 6th family trip by far this was our favorite. Thank you again."

"This was probably one of our most cherished family getaways. The views alone and the way that the property is set on the mountain side was breathtaking. The driveway allowed for us to pull out boat in and easily turn it in the lower circular driveway area so that we didn’t need to back it up.There is ample usable space for a large family. The kitchen and dining area have enough seating with the barstools for everybody in our group. The bedrooms were thoughtfully put together. We have mostly adult children and they all love staying up and playing games in the game room while the parents were able to go to bed without being disturbed. Everybody loves the use of the steam room, especially after long days on the lake boating. None of us have ever participated in raspberry days and the location of the house was nice so that we could drive in and participate in the activities, but also be far enough away that when we came home, we didn’t have crowds to contend with. The extra fridge in the master bedroom was a lifesaver. You do have to transport the garbage down to the clubhouse, but I am one that likes to keep things very clean so that didn’t bother me at all. The communication with the homeowners was seamless and they were very responsive. We appreciated using their property and will be back for sure!"

"Our large family stayed here the last four nights. Most of us are adults but we still have several children of all ages.We liked the closeness to North Beach. We also used the private beach one day. We spend most of the day at the beach.The beds are beyond comfortable. I joked that I wanted to steal the mattress and take it home. (Caution: if you are old and short the master bed is very high. We took the other main floor room.) Even with a large group we never ran out of clean towels.The view of the lake from the deck is lovely.There are lots of couches and some folding chairs besides the dining table. If you are big board game players, take a folding table. We used ours nightly. We enjoyed our stay very much and wouldn't hesitate to go again. "

"We loved our stay! We had a group of 33 and we all had the space and amenities we needed. The location was perfect for us, the beach front was beautiful and the sand was so nice! It was nice to be at bear lake without being super crowded everywhere we were. The host was very accommodating and really good at giving clear instructions for access and resources. It was really nice to have enough towels and supplies for a group this big. Everything was labeled really clearly. The dining area worked out really well for us, and the two main living areas were really nice to accommodate entertaining the many different age groups we had in our party. We will be booking again!"
