“The room and customer service were not in line with what I paid to stay there. The front desk staff at check-in was not particularly welcoming despite my efforts to engage them and be friendly. They got the job done, and accommodated my request for a 1 hour late check-out, but they could just as easily have been working at a Motel 6 for all the customer service skills they exhibited. “Description of this property is not in line with what it actually is. Unfortunately the impression was a cute quaint small town bed-and-breakfast. We actually got there. It was an old motel that’s just renting their rooms out individually. The price was much higher than I’ve paid for much nicer hotels with amenities. The staff was responsive to getting us the door code and information, it was just extremely disappointing pulling up after the wedding expecting one thing and feeling like we were……

“This place needs serious updates, wifi is terrible, tennis courts and area outside of hotel is not taken care of at all. The room wasn’t cleaned very well, good thing we got some cleaning supplies to clean. All the bedding was old and also the carpet, very musky smell. Our room had no fridge, microwave or extra towels. Definitely not worth the price for only 2 nights and you are at least 15mins from Estes Park, very nice drive but it’s very inconvenient if you are staying busy through out the……
