「I have stayed at Sayaji Indore, Sayaji Kolhapur, have dined at Sayaji Pune, and each of this was a very satisfactory experience. Therefore, I booked Effotel Sayaji in Sangali expecting it to be equally good. But it turned out to be exactly the opposite.
The checkout time is 10:00 and we reached the hotel at 1900. Even if the room meant for us was occupied the previous night, they had 9 hours to get it ready for us. Yet, the room wasn't ready when we reached, and we had to wait.
