Great house!

The house was perfect for our large family vacation. We had 16 people and it was enough space. The game room downstairs and the pool were a big hit with the kids. The beach was a short walk away. Highly recommend!

The home was beautiful and very clean. Any issues were quickly responded to my the property manager. There were a few issues with the hot tub/pool heat which took a few days to get fixed.

Amazing time in Miramar Beach

We really enjoyed our time at this unit. We were a large group and utilized every bed, but it still felt like we had plenty of room. The place was very beautiful, and made our time together very enjoyable. I do plan to return.

80th Bday Family Vacation

Excellent house, perfect for a large group. Rooms were large, nice bathrooms, excellent sleeping arrangements for young adults, grade school children , and teens. Kitchen could have had larger pots and pans for cooking for large group. Also, extra blankets would have been nice. Loved the extra amenities like wine cooler, two refrigerators, and ice machine. Pool was excellent! Would definitely stay again.

Great location, great layout, great week

This was our sexcond year in a row staying at Coast is Clear. We love the house, love that we have private beach access with 2 chairs and an umbrella so we can stake our real estate on the beach. They updated the furniture and the kitchen remains extremely well stocked. Love having and upstairs and downstairs refrigerator. Beds super comfortable,, lots of places to hang outside, inside or in between. Would totally recommend this to anyone with large groups.

Perfect for our family vaca!!

This was a great space for our family! We all had our own space but lots of great spaces to be together!! The communication with property management was great - the only issue we had was w the 1st floor AC but we received a response within 5 minutes and it was fixed within 20 minutes. It was still working just not cooling as it should. I would recommend reading reviews from previous visitors and planning accordingly. We knew our group was large and we would need some big pans for cooking and previous reviews said there weren’t a lot so we took some with us. We also took a few more kitchen towels due to our experience overall at vacation rentals. We were prepared and it was a great week! It was a great neighborhood. We even met one of the permanent residents who visited with us one evening and gave us some of the history of the area. I would definitely stay again!!

PERFECT layout and location!

We had a group of 19 with 10 adults and kids aged 1-18. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for large groups and the gathering areas are comfortable and large. We never felt cramped and frequently used the balconies, roof, and patio spaces too. Multiple refrigerators, washers/dryers, and dishwashers made mundane tasks easy. The wagon and beach chairs at the house were a great convenience. The private beach access is the true gem of this property. The walk is short. The vendor providing chairs and umbrellas is friendly and prompt. We were there during a busy time and the beach was clean and never over crowded. Many in our group walked to the nearby coffee shop each morning. The main complaint from each family in our group was the cleanliness. The floors were so filthy that our feet were black within the first hour of being there. The showers still had hair in them and one had a dirty towel left in it. We only stayed 4 nights so we didn’t want to spend time requesting a cleaning. I have no reason to believe the property manager wouldn’t have corrected this if we asked. With that being said, we would still rent this property again in a heartbeat. The kitchen and fridge were clean. And the pool was spotless. The owner has included so many little details that are great conveniences.

Lovely Home

The home is exactly as defined. It was clean and comfortable, especially the beds. Very comfy, which is always nice after a big day in the sun. The pool is a very nice size. There is plenty of room between the three floors to have space and activities for everyone. The teens favored the first floor and that's where they mainly hung out when not at the beach. They had the pool and pool table/game room to hang out. There were some things that were problematic for us; however, mostly, they are things outside of what we normally rent, and may not be important to others. 1. If members of your party have mobility issues, they will not be able to access the beach. Once one hits the beach entrance, there is roughly 20 steps to go down, and then up. 2. The houses are SO close to one another. 3. The elevator - if you are going to rely on the elevator, be certain to always have your cell phone with you. The elevator is unpredictable and we followed the instructions to a "T", and we got stuck 3 times. 4. Do not expect to enjoy sun with the pool. Great pool, but it gets very little sun, and the pool heat is definitely needed. The pool heat is the highest amount we have ever paid, yet, not heated to normal temps of other rentals.

This house was perfect for our family and very close to the beach. The layout of the house and sleeping arrangements was great. Very quick/easy walk with gated access to beachfront. We loved it and will definitely return again.

Spent the weekend with some girlfriends for a retreat and the pictures do not do this home justice! It was beautiful and just a short walk down to the beach. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and we had a great time

Perfect location, beautiful house

We did this trip over Thanksgiving week to get friends together and have our children create fantastic memories. The accommodations allowed us to distribute 5 families comfortably with space for each family to share time together but at the same time have some privacy. The host was very responsive and available when we needed to communicate.
