Early April Getaway

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property directly on Miramar Beach, FL. The accommodations were perfect for us and directly on the beach and VERY close to shopping and many restaurant options. Great place to stay, would definitely return.

Great place & location!

Awesome unit with plenty of room and nice furnishings. Great location next to pool and short distance to beach. The unit was clean and ready for us to enjoy. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

Very nice ground floor condo!

Very clean property with easy access to groceries, food and shopping. This condo is right next to the pool so great for families with kids. Loved the chair and umbrella setup and recommend this property.

Best view! Steps away from the beach and pool

Property was beautiful and well kept. No hassle of loading in/out of vehicle to get to beach. Everything is a few seconds from your patio door. So convenient! And the view from the room is unmatched! We would stay here again!

Fun Getaway

We had a wedding to attend for a weekend and decided to extend our stay and enjoy a week of sunshine on the beach. This was a great place to stay, back door walks right out to the beach or pool. Very convenient to beach and Destin area. Right off scenic 30A. Very safe gated community. Highly recommended.

the location of the building was perfect. It was on the beach, near the outlets, close to a grocery store, pharmacy and gas station. The condo was clean and and well decorated. We all loved it!

Fabulous

Perfect for our family. Everything you need in the condo. Our back porch was in front of the private pool and a staircase down to the beautiful private beach. We will definitely come back !! Bring your beach towels .

Beautiful stay on a beautiful beach

Property was beautiful. The apartment was clean and very nicely decorated. The pull out couch wasn't the most comfortable to sit on. There are no blankets on the bed, just a top sheet and a very very light cover. Recommend bringing a blanket or warm pajamas. Otherwise five stars!

Wonderful stay

This property was very clean & beautifully decorated. Honestly the most clean I’ve ever stayed in, which was a huge plus. The location was great, being directly on the beach & close to all our shopping & dining needs. We had everything needed in the condo for a comfortable stay & enjoyed the beach setup of chairs & umbrella each day. The only tiny drawback for us was the couch & loveseat in the living room were a bit hard & uncomfortable for long term sitting. I will say the beds was extremely comfortable & we slept well the entire trip though. Thanks again for an amazing stay.

Great quick family getaway

Property is as advertised. Very clean unit. Just a few steps walk to the beach. Quiet building. The building had a pipe burst and we were without water for about 8 hrs, but the property manager hopped right to action and delivered bottled water and a few gifts for our troubles. Would stay at the property again!

Great location

We loved the location, very quiet and the beach was fantastic. The condo was laid out very well and the grounds were nice. One issue we had was when we fist checked in the floors were very dirty and gritty like it hadn’t been swept or mopped. The instructions that were left for us said that the air couldn’t go below 72 degrees or the air conditioner would freeze up, luckily they had some fans. Also, some of the silverware and other dishes were dirty, we rewashed them with no problem.

Great spot!

Loved the location and how close the pool is to the back door. The only thing we didn’t like was that it’s advertised with a washer and dryer in the condo- it’s not. It’s on the 2nd floor and you have to pay to use it. That’s hard when you have small kids and really need to wash towels and clothes. Other than that it was great!

Great Location & Stay!

My husband and I were very happy with our stay here. The only problem we had was discovering the microwave didn't work in the morning, but I was able to call the maintenance number provided and someone was out to help solve the issue within 1-1.5 hours. The master bed was pretty high to get into for my pregnant self, but the mattress was very comfortable. We loved the ease of our walk to the beach everyday, the closest walk we've ever had! It was also a nice surprise having free access to a set of chairs and umbrella out on the beach for us. We stayed during a holiday weekend but the beach was never overcrowded by any means. There is also every amenity you could possibly need in the area within a 5-7 min drive (with no traffic). We loved staying here and will definitely be back!!

Nice condo

We really enjoyed our stay in Miramar Beach! The condo was perfect for us as my sister owns the one next-door. There were plenty of amenities, including a beach chair service, so we didn't have to drag chairs down to the beach. This was a trip for my elderly mother, and she had a wonderful time. The only downside was that the condo wasn't completely clean when we arrived. The beds and towels were fine, but the bathrooms and floor were pretty dirty. I'll need to buy my son new socks because they are all black on the bottom from the floor. I used the vacuum to remove dirt and sand, but had no cleaning products to clean the floor properly. I don't fault the owners at all, but it may be worth a call to the property management agency so the owners are aware :)

Great location, property wasn’t clean when we arrived

We love this condo complex. We have stayed here more than 25 times in multiple different units. When we arrived here, this unit was not appropriately cleaned. The fridge was truly filthy and the counters in the kitchen had not been wiped down. There was sand all over the unit as well. We spent about an hour cleaning the unit upon our arrival cleaning the kitchen and fridge. In addition, the master tub and shower don’t drain well so you are often showering in about 2-3 inches of water at your feet. Also, as noted by a note on the fridge, it takes about 10 hours to cool down when loaded with drinks and food. This could easily be remedied with a better/newer refrigerator. We did love the ease of access to the pool and beach this unit provides. However, there are multiple other units in this complex that seem to be better managed.

Great spot

We enjoyed this unit. I enjoyed the location, the chair service, the way the pool was so close by! Also it was very pretty. We had no issues with check in and security of the complex seemed great. Cons : I will say I misunderstood the listing initially about laundry. Not having laundry in our room was not ideal although it was close by but on the second floor. Also the cost for laundry was more than the room sign stated it would be. This is my bad for not understanding but def a deal breaker for me for the future. The unit itself while pretty was definitely just stocked so so. The bedding was very minimal. There weren’t dish towels in the kitchen. The hall bathroom shower pressure was not good and I wouldn’t count on anyone sleeping on the pull out couch as it was so uncomfortable. I still give the unit 4 stars and would say that if it weren’t for the laundry situation we would come back. If that’s not a deal breaker for you I think that the other things are minor inconvenience and it’s overall a good spot.
