We loved the fact that we were on an resort it was very nice to go the beach in the golf cart. The house would need renovations, it wasnt as clean as we expected, but was good enough to enjoy our stay. The bed in the guest bedroom was realy notconfortable

Sandestin Beach

Check in was seamless. We were a little early for our arrival and called to see if we could start our vacation early. Response was very quick with a yes. The home needed a little updating, but very clean. Neighborhood was very quiet, and the use of the golf cart made our travels very easy. We could go anywhere we wanted, and never had to use our vehicle. Restaurants, bars, grocery shopping, pools, beaches were only minutes away. We had a few minor problems during our stay, but Shawn was very responsive to our needs.

Month in the Sun

House very comfortable but in need of some modernisation/updating. Very well equipped kitchen. Very good value for money. Excellent location on the resort. Lots of great eating places and beaches. Plenty to do in the locale. Golf cart such a good way to get around however thought it was a 6 seater one but only 4 - need to check the listing . A very enjoyable month.
