Breathtaking Views - Amazing Experience

Condo was extremely clean and well furnished with breathtaking views of the ocean. Highly recommend and will absolutely stay here again. Wonderful experience.

Beach Condo

Amazing views, very clean condo! Furniture is a little dark and heavy for the beach but comfortable. Pool and grill area are a very nice addition. Great stay thank you!

Beautiful view of beautiful water

very nice upscale unit with very nice decor. Great location in San Destin resort. beach was great, rode bikes to bayside wharf. could even bike to shopping strip. never leave resort !

Had great time at a great location, sad part was ac broke and we got moved to a smaller unit with partial view, management company did a great job and took care of us I definitely would go back to same unit if upgrades are made

Nice condo-beautiful views

We really enjoyed our stay. The property and beach were well kept. The condo was clean (decor was outdated but that did not impact our stay) and there was plenty of room for 7 of us—adults and teens. We found plenty of dishes and pots/pans to make our meals and used the grill near the pool. There were no extras like seasonings, coffee filters, beach chairs/toys, trash bags etc. The views from the balconies are beautiful. We had a great time!

Wonderful place, we will be back!

This condo is newly renovated and is beautiful. It has expansive views from the living room, dining room and master bedroom. The kitchen is nice with new appliances. They even have a Keurig coffee maker. I have preteen children and felt safe enough to let them go to to the beach or the pool because I could keep an eye on them. It was very relaxed and family friendly. We will definitely return.

Close to shopping and restaurants.Several things in the unit are in disrepair, some still from our stay last year. Ned a handyman to go through and make some repairs.

We loved the views and played lots of games at the dining room table that can seat up to 8! We had many trips to the hot tub and walks on the beach. We loved the dueling piano bar at Rum Runners Bar in Baytown Wharf too!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was nice, but the condo could use a few changes. Living Room Furniture is not comfortable at all. Neither was the patio furniture. I was really disappointed with the patio as the pictures on the web page did not disclos angle view. And that I would be looking at the buildings across from us. It was very windy with the open/corners patio. I never sat out there once! I would not have chosen this condo if the pictures showed the true balcony. Sitting on the patio in the morning and evening is one of the things I enjoy most about my Destin vacations, and I felt cheated. Also, faster WiFi is a must!

Great Condo with Amazing Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband, two teenage daughters and their friends vacationed here. The accommodations were perfect for our needs. The ocean views from inside and outside this condo are absolutely amazing! The condo itself is nothing short of luxury. Granite countertops in the kitchen and high end stainless steel appliances. We especially loved having the separate ice maker in the kitchen as well. Pots and pans could be upgraded to something better but we made do with what we had. There was plenty of silverware so there was no need to have to wash it up each time. Plenty of seating for meals. The master bath had a beautiful view of the Gulf, tiled shower and also had a nice walk in closet. During the day, I would suggest keeping the curtains in the master bedroom closed as it would get very warm in there. There is a standing fan that we kept running to keep the temperature comfortable. The guest bathroom also had a tiled shower but a lot of water would seem to leak out from under the door and soak the floor. These are just minor issues that we worked around. The pool here is nice and was never overcrowded. The beach was very beautiful and we never had any problems finding a spot to set up our canopy. I would definitely recommend this condo and would love to stay here again on our next trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are 3 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with a beautiful almost 360 windows view of the sea. Another queen, and the third has 4 beds including a bunkbed. So 2 couples and 4 individuals will fit easily here.Pros: very clean, very luxurious, amazing views of the beach and the sea, well furnished, very welcoming, very convenient, awesome pools and beach access, easy parking. Cons: had to wait for the cleaners past the check-in time to get in, I wish they cleaned the balcony hallway right outside the unit entrance.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My rental through Platinum Services was flawless. The check in was great and they were super attentive. Nicole went out of her way to help us out. They found a problem with one of the TV’s and alerted us before we had a problem and got it fixed the next day. This is definitely the best company for rentals I have used. The condo was beautiful. The pictures of the view do not do it justice. The beach access at Beachside One is the best and plenty of room to be on the beach. They do a great job keeping people off the beach and the pool who aren’t staying there. The new pool deck and hot tub were very nice. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked.

Beautiful Views and Always Coming Back

Reviewer Comments: First off we love the Destin area and have been looking at possibly getting a place in the area for some time, that time is closer now with retirement and time. We have stayed at Beachside (1&2) as well as Tivoli in Sandestin as well as Seaside area as well. We keep coming back to this area however as we feel there is more value, fun and it is close to what our family enjoys doing. We have stayed at Platinum residences for most of our visits (typically 2-3 a year) and chose Beachside towers this time to spend some time with our boys who were on Spring Break. Though the weather was so-so we still had a great time and even got a few beach days in though cold some days. We know the weather in the area, but still enjoy a walk on the beach, a good dining experience and of course just being near or on the water. We did all of that this visit.Our stay this time at Beachside was a bit of a let down as far as the property. The property was great as far as the view of the gulf, access, and the accommodation of the room, we were very pleased with our stay however... before I let me say Platinum made it right in all respects... the cleaning of the property was not done very well, we had 5 guests and two showers (ours and the boys) but the one shower had issues with the tile and we could not use it. So it made pre-dinner prep a bit of a reservation style requirement. The other was the pots and pans provided at the unit. We ended up buying some to use... No worries though as stated Platinum made it right and as always we loved our stay in Sandestin. We will for sure be back, and perhaps a bit of real estate searching again as well...

We loved that they had a sercuity man on the beach telling people move off our part of the beach in front of the condo. That’s was priceless. The kids loved the pool and hot tube. Fantastic water pressure in the showers. Hands down awesome place to stay. Loved the putt putt right in front of the condo as well.
