The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a ceiling fan, with a large lighted closet, a makeup area, and a connecting bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub/shower combo. A flat screen TV and a relaxing sound system clock/radio. We also have a safe in the master bedroom closet, if you choose to use, we require $50.00 REFUNDABLE key deposit is included with the REFUNDABLE reservation/damage deposit. The guest bedroom has two full sized beds, a ceiling fan, with a large closet guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Flat screen TV DVD/CD player and a relaxing sound clock/radio. The living room has 2 queen sized sofas. One is a queen-sized sleeper sofa, A regular chair., flat screen TV, i, B. There is a dining room, kitchen breakfast area and a snack bar. The dining room table seats six; with an additional two seats in the breakfast area of the kitchen and a snack bar that seats four. The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel upgraded appliances. All linens are supplied. Each room has a large sliding glass door that open onto 50 feet of a wraparound balcony overlooking the emerald, green water of the Gulf of Mexico and views of the Bay to the North, and at night, the Destin City lights. The balcony/patio has all new patio furniture for your enjoyment. Need to wash that beach wear? Sure! The unit is equipped with a large high efficiency washer/dryer. And in case you can't completely get away, this unit boasts wireless internet at no additional charge. Fiber Optic The third bedroom "Peaceful Bliss" is a separate suite with a private Gulf Front balcony with all new patio furniture. It is called a lock-out unit which has a separate entrance from the hallway. This allows a private, locked area away from the main living area. This suite has a king-sized bed, a ceiling fan, a large walk-in shower, and a closet. There is a flat screen TV, and a relaxing sound system, clock/radio, Bistro table and two chairs, a fully equipped mini kitchen with a small refrigerator, full sized microwave, coffee pot, a toaster and a blender. Complete with dishes, glasses and utensils. All linens are supplied. About Surfside Resort. Surfside Resort Condo has inside air-conditioned hall corridors and outside covered parking. 24 hours Security (Not that we need one) On the first floor of the building there is a fitness room. Also on the first floor is the restaurant Royal Palms Grille, as well as a massage therapist and a hair salon. You will find a Tiki Bar out by the pool, which serves food and drinks, weather permitting. Or there is a picnic area with charcoal barbecue grills for your use on the North side of the building. Outside are the tennis, basketball, volleyball and shuffleboard courts and pickle-ball. A large, heated swimming pool, a kiddie pool and 2 hot tubs, as well as a Bath House showers, and bathrooms with a man and women bathrooms. There is a large sun deck for your use to sunbathe in the Florida Sun, listen to music, read a book or just listen to the surf and relax. Watch gorgeous and romantic sunrises or sunsets from Surf side's legendary Beach Tower with picnic tables while you sip a cup of coffee or your afternoon beverage.
