8 BR, 7 BA Frangista Beach Luxury Home with Plenty of Amenities and Fun for ALL!



In the game room, guests can relax on a comfortable leather sectional sofa facing a 55” Smart TV with a soundbar. A shuffleboard table, 3 colorful vintage arcade games, and a pool table keep the fun going long after the sun has set. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors offer beautiful views of the pool. Stepping outside, guests can cool off on the pool’s long sun shelf or take a refreshing swim. A covered portion of the pool deck is a nice spot to enjoy a mid-day snack. Guests can also access a fantastic back patio from the rear of the game room. An outdoor kitchen has a gas grill, a freestanding icemaker, and a beverage refrigerator. A hammock and Adirondack chairs surround a gas fireplace built into the back wall of the patio.



On the second floor, a color palette of cool grays and blues connects the open living, dining, and kitchen space. A sectional sofa surrounds a 75” Smart TV. Adjacent sliding glass doors open to a balcony overlooking the pool and fill the living area with natural light. 2 dining tables lead to a kitchen with a 6-burner gas cooktop, freestanding icemaker, and premium appliances.



A vast rooftop deck on the 4th floor offers bird’s eye views of spectacular sunsets!





WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THE AMENITIES

BEACH TOWELS: You will be provided with 12 luxurious, over-sized beach towels for the duration of your stay with Beach Reunion at Sand Castle Casa.

BEACH CHAIRS: Complimentary beach service is offered for our summer season, mid May - mid August annually. Service includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM! * Set up daily starting the day after arrival *

Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers 6 seat lithium battery Golf Carts for $100 a day. We offer a 10% discount to our guests. We have 2024 models and charging stations at the houses. Book your golf cart at BRLSV.com

Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion proudly partners with Firefighter Margaritas to offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). Enjoy restaurant-quality frozen drinks or virgin slushies poolside or at the beach—perfect for family vacations, weddings, retreats, and group gatherings.

Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.



WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO



* PARKING: Space for 5 Vehicles.

* Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to book and occupy this property. No College/Student groups permitted.

* Tents/Canopies are not permitted on the private beach. Guests will use Hollywood Street Beach Access*

* Weddings/Events –Not Permitted on the Private Beach Access. * (Small Events at the Home Permitted)
