We came to Destin/Miramar Beach for the Luke Combs concert. We had never been in the area but after some research we found this gem at Mainsail condos. It was located in a good spot and right on the gulf. We could uber to Destin Harborwalk and 30a with ease. We probably would rent a car next time, but the location and the place did its job. We had a great time on the beach and enjoyed the view. We didn't cook a lot, but it sure looks like you have what you need for a nice dinner. My only thing was an option for early check in. I would have paid more if I could have had an option to get in early. I would stay here again for sure.

The condo is exactly how it was posted but the pictures of the view do not do it justice! My mom and I sat on the patio every morning and evening just to see the view. It was so beautiful and relaxing. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Overall, I loved my stay and would definitely recommend.

Nice place with a great set up. Has everything you need for a getaway. Property has all the amenities you need and is about 150 yards within walking distance to the whitest beach and greenest water that Destin/Miramir has to offer. The view from the balcony to the beach is pretty. The facility has a pool, hot tub, and a gym. Check in was simple with security . I also liked that it was a gated community.

Our stay was amazing! The check in was easy as well as parking. Communication with the host was top tier any question I had I could call or text and receive a quick response. The host Robert even sent a list of local restaurants to check out doing our stay since it was our first time in Destin. The condo is exactly what is pictured. We enjoyed the balcony the most just to look out and enjoy the views of the Gulf and watch the sunrise and sunset! Loved the smart kitchen appliances as well. If you’re looking for a couples getaway I would highly recommend staying here and the beach is only a 5min walk and you get two beach chairs with an umbrella!Thank you Robert for hosting us!! We will definitely be back soon.

The condo was great. It was clean, had all the necessary kitchen utensils we needed. The master shower did leak on the floor every time we took a shower but that’s the only downside. The view was incredible. The beach was the best part. We had a great time and I would stay in this unit again.

This property was just as listed. Very easy to get to Condo. Elevator straight across from condo. The facility was well manicured and pretty. The beach is Beautiful. Check in and out is a Breeze. I would definitely recommend the condo.

We loved everything about this property. There were a few issues that need to be addressed..the master bath shower is not properly sealed on the bottom so the bathroom floor gets wet every time you shower, the master bedroom closet door was broken and the kitchen garbage did not close.We are strongly considering booking again next year.

Beautiful views from the 7th floor. Also, liked that the balcony was very private! Nice that beach chairs & umbrella are provided. The kitchen is very well stocked and equipped with all you would need for cooking meals. Comfortable beds. Good location! Just a little trouble communicating with the owner. Getting access codes and wi-fi codes, etc. but it all worked out. I would still recommend this condo. Thank you!

Very nice place, however, no towels in kitchen, no cabinet space for any groceries, shower flooded bathroom ever time someone took a shower, even with the shower head pointed opposite of shower door. Water runs directly off shower curb into the bathroom.

We had the good fortune to stay in both of Robert’s condos. Each condo has beautiful furnishings, clean and a welcome feeling. The beds were very comfortable and kitchens were well stocked. The views of the ocean (sunrise) from the 7th floor are magnificent. In the evening make sure you are on the beach for the sunset. There is construction noise (during the off season) but there is so much to do outside the condo to keep busy it doesn’t have to be an issue- the beach, the south pool, great shopping and of course the unlimited number of great restaurants near by and Florida’s preserves (Top sail rents bikes and kayaks). Thanks Robert!

Nice condo, kitchen appliances were great, kitchen was well stocked, beds are comfortable and great TVs. No drapes for slider and corner window for the living room which was really odd at night and there was stairway construction thru most of the month so we spent as much of our time out of the condo as we could. Furniture is wearing and the unit needs some work but the stay was comfortable and the area was really worth visiting..

We bought this as a present for our son and his family. The write up on it says newly remodeled. YES...new sofa, kitchen was beautiful, and definitely a new paint SMELL. Maybe some mold smell too? Other reviews were right on, and I believe the owner tried to fix it. It probably just needed a DEEP cleaning, and a touch up before the kids got there. We didn't want to complain, just have a good time, so we dusted stuff off and opened windows. We were next door in Robert's other unit, also under remodel, but it wasn't a problem at all, so our family spent most of the time with us there.

The unit was updated and the view was great. It was also clean except for a problem we had with the master bedroom. When we got ready to go to bed (about 11:30 p.m.) and turned down the bed, it was not clean. In fact the bedding was soiled and smelled very sour. We had to strip the bed and wash the linens. We placed some temporary linens so we could sleep. We slept the next four nights in the bedroom although the bad odor lingered. It made a most unpleasant stay. We talked with the owner but he made no adjustments.

There were no curtains. There was no patio furniture They were grinding, sanding and painting the patio the entire time, right out our windows. The big picture window in main living area needs to be replaced, could not see out it. The place as a whole needs to be updated. It was noisy, we chose to leave to find a different condo. I had text Robert, and no answer from him and no money in return for not staying. We stayed one week and left. I would not recommend this condo to anyone.

This property is in a GREAT location, but unfortunately, our positive experience ended there. This condo was filthy. The countertops were disgusting. We had to purchase Clorox wipes to clean them. The ceiling fan in the living room was very wobbly and was covered in dust. It was obvious that the counters and floors had not been cleaned in a very long time. After showering, my feet were completely black from walking barefoot. The master shower leaks all over the floor. The other shower has a shower head that is pathetic. It needs to be changed NOW. Two dining chairs were completely broken. There are no curtains in the living room. There was a very strong unpleasant smell when we entered the condo. The dryer took a few cycles to dry clothes. We tried communicating the most important issues to the owner, but nothing was resolved. He did send over someone to mop, but she used a little swiffer mop and it really didn't come close to cleaning the filthy floors. This place desperately needs a DEEP clean. She did not remove dust from the ceiling fans even though we told her about it. No one came out to fix the chairs, as we were told would happen. We literally had to sit on broken chairs while sitting at the table. We also had to take Zyrtec/Claritin to help with allergy issues due to the dust and dirty conditions of this condo. This dishwasher also had issues and when we wanted to blend up a cocktail, we tried, but the blender was broken. I could continue writing about the filthiness of this condo, but I'm sure you get the point by now. We had a great time, because the beach was perfect, but we would NEVER stay in this unit again.
