Great time in Destin

Everything about the condo was excellent except the water pressure in the kitchen sink (very hard to wash dishes, etc) and the master bedroom mattress needs replacing (not firm at all and saggy).

Perfect location

First time visiting the Destin area, we booked this condo based off of a friends recommendation. We couldn’t have picked a better place or location, everything was perfect. The condo is very large and had everything we needed. You feel very at home here and not the feeling of being at a hotel. This property will be booked for many future visits.

Loved our stay here and the condo felt like home! The property is immaculate and not too big nor crowded. The included beach chairs/umbrella were a nice bonus. I would definitely come back and stay here. Good value for what you get. Also, perfect location with only a short drive to restaurants and shopping. Some places are walking distance, like Pompano Joe's, Alvin's island, etc. 👍👍

Best beach trip ever!

My family had a wonderful time staying at this unit. What we loved about this place: 1) gated community, 2) cleanliness of the unit and the amenities including a large outdoor pool and jacuzzi and 3) convenience - 1 beach umbrella and 2 chairs set up which is included and the fact that these are set up daily with your name on it along with short walk to the pool and the beach with a private access (our area was not crowded at all). Only thing I would ask is that the property manager to provide instructions on where to park. Each parking spot in the ground level has a number and references the unit # on the wall (which I just figured it out on my own). I also wasn’t aware that the owner had two spots, so I thought my space was taken and had to park outside for few days until the property manager found out that the owner parked in one of the spots. Not a big deal, but it would have been helpful if this was included in the instructions. Overall, my family would totally stay at Mediterranea again. We got lucky this time and the beach was absolutely clear without any jellyfish and very little seaweed. Thought we were at Turks and Caicos!

Nice condo, the only complaint was the bed noise in one bedroom and loose head board on the master bedroom bed. Would stay there again.

Loved our stay in 405B at The Medditeranea! The condo was gorgeous with an amazing view!! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean each morning and evening. Everything was comfortable and clean and the gated community made us feel secure. The walk across the street to the beach was a breeze and our beach chairs and umbrella were there waiting for us each day! We will definitely be returning sometime very soon!
