“Hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. We initially opted out of the golf cart but last minute after we arrived decided we wanted to use the golf cart. Elena came over within 30 minutes to obtain payment and the signed contract. Very spacious house. We really enjoyed our stay! ”

“I loved the location but this property needed a complete update on the furniture and also needs a new cleaning service. We had to reclean the bathroom toilets! Also one of the toilet brushes was covered in poop! We also sweeped the floor that seemed like it had not been done in weeks. We also went to use the grill and it was rotted. Some of the beach chairs were rotted as well. For the amount of money we paid I expect better ”

“The townhouse is clean. Each toilet has one massage (soap) bar, two toilet paper rolls (enough for 6 people to use for almost a week) and many towels. We brought shampoo, shower gel and hand wash. It has a big top load of washing machine and a front load dryer. We brought plenty of laundry detergent for our beach towels and swimming clothes since we went to the beach everyday. The public beach is very close ( just about 3 to 5 minutes walking). We had 2 chairs and umbrella setup every day. It……

“We had a wonderful stay! The property was as advertised and the location and proximity to the beach was amazing. You can get around everywhere you need to go on a golf cart. Ocean views from the balconies and the property was clean and equipped with every thing we needed. The host was very reachable and even helped with parking advice before our arrival. ”

“We enjoyed our stay in Destin and the house is in a good location and a nice place. The house could use some updating on new sheets that stay on the bed .The house was clean except the floors they were very gritty with sand and I had to vacuum and mop them. ”
