"The staff is consistent and considerate, We dont speak spanish but we always work it out, Maintenence does a great job pools and landscaping are beautifully cared for. front desk staff and kichen and servers, always have a smile and kindness. I was here in February and came back to Kaana surf for a week, because they do an amazing job!"

"My family had a great time here, and the room was very comfortable with excellent cleaning service. It's perfect if you are ready to completely relax. Restaurant was nice with good service. Internet was not reliable, so not a good spot for bringing work, and the TV was not available much of the time due to internet outages. Also, not much within walking distance if you do not have a car. But fantastic for tuning out and having fun in the water!"

"The property is well-kept and maintained. Daily cleaning service was good and very serviceable. The complex is a bit load as the villas are right next to each other, so there's a lack of privacy at times. Overall, we had a great time and it was a good place for vacationing. "

"We got the room with no A/C in it, just a big fan, and no private bathroom either. Which we didn't mind, as we just needed a place to sleep in. Safe parking for our car, the pool and the public bathroom were clean. It's 3 blocks away from Cocori, a Super 24 convenient store 2 blocks away. We left the car in the hotel and walked everywhere we needed. We didn't get to meet the owner, just the lady that cleans the place. She showed us to our cabin where we found a clean room, two set of towels. There was no issue leaving our stuff there as we could lock the cabin door. "
