Amazing stay

Our family (3 generations) all had an amazing stay. The house was a perfect fit for all of us. The kids played outside in the garden, the sauna was nice for the adults and the baby slept really good in de crib. The location is really good, really quiet but still nearby a lot of activities by car. loy

Ein Ferienhaus wie in der guten alten Zeit

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus ohne überflüssigen Schnickschnack mit viel Platz und Ofenheizung. Die Sauna ist super und lässt sich bis auf 100 Grad heizen, wenn man das möchte, funktioniert also einwandfrei. Der Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche ist ebenfalls schön geräumig. Pavel ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Und die Umgebung ist schlicht traumhaft. Was man aber wissen sollte: Bei Schnee erreicht man das Haus eventuell nur mit Schneeketten. Ansonsten parkt man einfach ein paar Gehminuten abseits. Bei uns war das bei der Anreise der Fall, aber kein Problem, Pavel hat unsere Koffer dann mit seinem Jeep zum Haus gebracht. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Tolles Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist super. Es bietet genügend Platz für 10 Personen. Die Küche beinhaltet alles was man braucht. Die Betten u Matratzen sind klasse. Die Sauna ist ebenfalls nur zu empfehlen. Und Pavel war ein toller Gastgeber, wir haben sogar zu Begrüßung Kuchen bekommen! Ich kann das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen! Einziger Nachteil, es gibt kein WLAN.

Ein wunderbares Haus in einer wunderschönen Gegend

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt zum Wandern und Fahrradfahren. Mit Freunden gemeinsam kochen und an den großen Tischen speisen und unterhalten, es war sehr schön. Spacious & Convenient - The Perfect Home Base for Discovering the Czech Republic's Heart

Ou recent journey to the Czech Republic was made even more memorable by our stay at this charming vacation home. The property boasts roomy bedrooms, providing a truly comfortable lodging experience. The outdoor dining area added a unique touch to our visit, with open-air dinners becoming a standout feature of our vacation. Admittedly, we encountered minor issues with a few appliances, such as the coffee machine and dishwasher. However, these were small inconveniences compared to the overall excellence of our stay. Our host, Pavel, addressed these concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring a swift resolution. The vacation home's location is a major asset for anyone eager to explore the enchanting Bohemian Paradise. Both Prague and Bohemian Switzerland are easily accessible for day trips, adding to the convenience. The nearby town of Turnov was invaluable for stocking up on supplies from local supermarkets and savoring delectable meals at neighboring restaurants. One of the most praiseworthy aspects of this vacation home is the seamless communication with our host. Pavel demonstrated exceptional professionalism and warmth in his interactions with us. Erholsame Zeit in guter Lage

Wir haben in dem Ferienhaus eine wundervoll erholsame Woche Winterurlaub mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder) verbracht. Das Haus war sehr sauer und vom Grundriss sehr gut für die Aufteilung von zwei Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und erhielten auch gleich noch ein paar Tipps für die Umgebung. Aber auch in der Nähe des Hauses fanden die Jungs mit dem kleinen Bach und dem angrenzendem Wäldchen tolle Spielmöglichkeiten.

Super fijn en heel ruim vakantiehuis.

Wij waren met 5 volwassenen en hebben heel erg genoten van onze vakantie. We hebben kunnen genieten van de sneeuw en de zon. Alleen maar supperlatieven voor het huis en de huiseigenaar Pavel, die had gezorgd voor een heel lekker bosbessen gebak als welkomstgeschenk. Een zeer vriendelijke en hulpvaardige man. Het was lekker warm toen we aankwamen door de grote brandende houtkachel in de gezellige leefruimte. Deze kachel is aangesloten op de centrale verwarming en verwarmde heel het huis. Er is een grote voorraad hout voorzien die je mag gebruiken. In de ochtend is het wel fris in het huis, maar eens de kachel brand is het snel warm in de leefruimte. Alles wat je nodig hebt is voorzien in het huis. De slaapkamers zijn ruim en er is op elke kamer een grote kleerkast voorzien. De woning is heel mooi en idyllisch gelegen, bij sneeuw een ijs is het weggegje naar het huis wel glad, dus ijskettingen hebben we elke dag nodig gehad om aan het huis te geraken ( extra avontuur :-). In een nabij gelegen dorpje zijn enkele supermarkten waar je alles kan vinden. Ook eenvoudige restaurantjes. Op enkele kms is een klein skigebiedje, als je een half uurtje rijd zijn er enkele grotere met meerdere skiliften en pistes, leuk om eens een dagje te gaan skiën. ( materiaal is daar te huur) Heel veel wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt, maar bij sneeuw worden wandelingen bij de rotsen afgeraden wegens te gevaarlijk. Wij hebben hier met ons gezin en de hond een heel fijne vakantie gehad en wij komen tijdens de zomermaanden misschien nog wel eens terug. Een echte aanrader!

Erwartungen voll erfüllt!

Von Anfang bis Ende … ein gelungener Aufenthalt in unserem Urlaubsdomizil. Einfache Buchung, freundlicher Empfang durch unseren Gastgeber, der uns bereits im Vorfeld mit vielen wertvollen Informationen versorgte und uns auch während unseres Aufenthaltes immer Rede und Antwort stand. Tolle Herbstwoche im gemütlichen Haus

Pavel ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Er hatte viele Tipps und Anregungen für uns. Die Ausstattung entspricht zu 100% dem Inserat. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Gegend ist wunderschön. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Danke Pavel für alles.

Een zeer oude huis op een prachtige rustige locatie. Geen luxe of modern interieur maar alles is er. Het overdekt terras en de vuurplaats is fantastisch. Hertjes lopen er vlakbij in het bos.

Die perfekte Unterkunft für den Ruhesuchenden

Dieses Ferienhaus hat unsere Vorstellungen vollumfänglich erfüllt. Sehr ruhige Lage, sehr gut eingerichtet, ausgesprochen sauber, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, große sonnige Terasse mit umfangreichen guten Gartenmöbeln, perfekter Ausblick. Herrlich erholsam

einfach gehalten aber mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und gemütlich. Besonderer Pluspunkt : reichlich Handtücher und die Betten bezogen. Das große Extra-Mitschleppen blieb aus. Tolle Lage : absolut ruhig und doch zentral gelegen zu allen Wanderrouten und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Immer wieder gerne.

Der Gesamteindruck war einfach nur toll. Der Vermieter hat sich wirklich Mühe gegeben.

Das Haus liegt in einer atemberaubenden Gegend. Ruhig gelegen und super zum entspannen nach einem anstrengenden Ausflug. Das ganze Haus hat einen sehr sauberen Eindruck gemacht. Der Vermieter hat uns über Reiseziele informiert und uns herzlich Empfangen. Immer wieder gerne.

Prachtig huis in schitterende omgeving!

Mooi huis op een hele mooie locatie. Vanuit het huis zie je alleen de bomen en regelmatig herten en hoor je alleen de vogels fluiten. Vooraf prima communicatie met de eigenaar via de mail (Engels of Duits). We werden heel gastvrij ontvangen en wegwijs gemaakt. De eigenaar was ook zeer behulpzaam toen we met een lege accu stonden. Niets dan lof. We hebben het hier heel erg goed naar onze zin gehad. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Ein wunderschönes Haus

Wir hatten eine super Woche in diesem schönen Haus. Wir waren mit 5 Personen da und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und die Natur hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Es gibt direkt neben dem Haus eine wunderschöne Blumenwiese mit Pflanzen, die man bei uns in Deutschland so in keiner Wiese sieht. Von Frauenmantel, über Glockenblumen, Storchschnabel, Klee und vielen unzähligen Kräutern und Blumen war alles vertreten. Einfach toll. Der Vermieter hat uns einen tollen Tip zu einem Restaurant gegeben. Wir waren dort fast jeden Abend. Das Essen war sehr gut und günstig. Wir werden mit Sicherheit nochmal dieses Haus anmieten.
