Hallo,ein sehr engagierter Mitarbeiter(Nico), der uns am Anreisetag noch abends den Fernseher einstellte. Es war im Haus SEHR kalt und ohne die Elektroheizungen konnte man nicht auskommen. Wir hatten dann mit 2 Personen für eine Woche 170€ Strom bezahlt. Das war definitiv viel zu viel ( ,-40 € pro Kwh).Wir waren viel unterwegs und haben die Heizungen dann heruntergestellt. Bei der abendlichen Ankunft waren die Räume "klamm". Wir hatten unsere eigenen Bettdecken mit. Ohne diese hätten wir vor lauter Kälte nicht schlafen können. Was zahlen Familien mit mehreren Kindern,wenn das Wetter schlecht ist und sie sich permanent im Haus aufhalten?

Das Spielzimmer und der Spielplatz sind super. In der Unterkunft ist es leider sehr kalt. Das Wärmekonzept hat seine Schwächen. Ein schlecht gedämmtes Haus mit kleinen Elektroheizungen und der Strom ist selbst zu zahlen (mit 50 Cent pro Kilowattstunde auch noch sehr teuer).
