"Helpful and friendly staff. The Onsen is very nice especially the outside area that you can hire. The beds were comfortable. Not a lot of space for storage of clothes and luggage in the rooms. The Japanese restaurant in the spa was good and affordable. The Chinese restaurant was good food. The hotel and rooms are dated and need a Refresh. Nice views of the surrounding landscape. 5 min drive to a town with supermarkets and restaurants."

"部屋は新しくて綺麗。コンテナらしく部屋は狭くて床に大きめのスーツケースを開ける時は場所を考えないと広げられない。テーブルはなくて持ち込んだご飯などはベッドの上で食べる事になる。トイレはとても狭くて、使用中に少しでも頭を下げるとドアに頭がぶつかる。アメニティは無いと思ったスリッパがあって良かったが、消毒済みとなっていたコップの底に得体の知れないベタベタした物が固まってこびりついた。知らずにうっかり使ってしまい、変な味の水で気付きとても不快だった。綺麗に洗えてもいないコップに消毒済みの表示とかありえないと思った。それでもスタッフは感じが良く、すぐ目の前にコンビニがあるので狭さが気にならなければコスパは良いと思う。"
