“Solitaire" is located just a short stroll one of Far North Queensland’s most spectacular beaches – Mission Beach - voted in the top 10 holiday destinations of the world! This tropical home consists of two pavilions with large covered entertaining deck/breezeway with plunge pool - connecting the two. The covered plunge pool is perfect to cool off during those hot summer days or warm tropical nights. One pavilion houses the kitchen and living room with a servery opening out to the entertaining area and the other pavilion consists of the three bedrooms which also open onto the entertaining area. The main bedroom, with ensuite and WIR can be utilised on its' own. The second and third bedrooms consist of a queen bed and two king singles and share their own bathroom and separate toilet. This layout gives great flexibility with Solitaire being suitable for one, two or three bedroom occupancy. Solitaire is also within a short walk to Mission Beach shopping village where you will find restaurants for when you wish to experience the local cuisine and a selection of shops. Mission Beach is a great location to holiday at. The quaint shopping village of Mission Beach offers a selection of cafes, restaurants, bars. There is also a bottle shop plus a great fresh fruit and veg store and mini mart. It is great fun strolling around the village shops and galleries. The new swimming pool is located at Mission Beach including a hydrotherapy pool. The “Dunk and Splash” water play pad is on the foreshore of Wongaling Beach. During the stinger months (November to May) there is a stinger enclosure at Mission Beach. The first and third Sunday of each month there a markets in the Ulysses park at Mission Beach. The Mission Beach Monster Markets are held on the last Sunday of each month from Easter Sunday until November. These are located at Ulysses park at Mission Beach. Woolworths Supermarket is just a 5 - 10 min drive from Mission Beach village. It is located at Wongaling Beach. Transport is not really a necessity when you stay at Solitaire. It is just a short stroll to the quaint Mission Beach Shopping Village.
