Property is conveniently tucked away in an established neighborhood. This is a townhome so there is one attached neighbor.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the city, yet close enough to be where you want to be within 15 minutes. Crestview Park is basically in the backyard! Go down two doors west and you can walk through straight to the park. Antioch Park is just a short drive and it features multiple playgrounds, a walking trail and a beautiful fountain.

Spent 2 nights here for a girls trip and had no issues other than a minor issue getting the roku to connect in which the host was super quick to reply via text! The king bed was very comfortable- the other girls thought otherwise of their beds but bed comfortability is subjective. Overall a cute, cozy, and clean place in a safe neighborhood. Would stay here again!

Great stay in a quiet community!

I came to town for a quiet stay while I worked on some CEUs, this place was perfect! Great internet that reaches the cozy backyard. Vanessa was quick to respond, and there were no issues other than the remote needing new batteries which were delivered in no time! I’ll stay here again!

Great property, located in a quiet little neighborhood. Home was clean and tidy with plenty of things to help accommodate our stay! Really friendly and quick response with owners, and truly helpful when asking questions or needing help with something! Would recommend a stay here!

Clean spacious. It's a duplex but I never heard the neighboring unit. Beds are upstairs. Laundry is in the basement. Pretty and quiet neighborhood. Lots of birds around the back porch which made for peaceful mornings. Excellent mattresses!

We rented this house for a girls weekend with my sisters, 5 adults. The beds were super comfy (minus the trundle), and we had all the accommodations we needed. Shower heads are low which is typical for an older home, but the water was hot and we had a great time! Would stay there again!

Unresponsive Host, Thin Walls, Pressure to rate 5 stars

We booked both this house and the host's neighboring house next door. It was past 10:30 pm at night when a group of men approached one of the properties. Our guests were of course spooked. We tried to reach out to the host (over message, phone call) to have the code of the house changed. **It took 10 hours for the host to get back to us. ** The police said it was probably some people "looking for a party." We were looking for a quiet safe neighborhood, and not a "party" neighborhood. Some other notes: The homes are very cheap construction. For instance, the walls are very thin, the floors creek loudly. I also felt pressured as a guest to give 5 star reviews. The Wifi password has mention of it, there are signs hanging up asking for it, it was repeatedly mentioned in messages to me. I did not appreciate this pressure and made me enjoy my trip less.

Everything was as stated. We appreciated being able to use the laundry while we were there, which does have to be requested if you're not staying more than 7 days, but they accommodated without any fuss. The only thing I did not read and was mostly likely a miss on my part was this is a townhouse, not a single family home, my concern was space, but we had plenty of it. The BEDs were amazing, so if you're looking for a good night sleep and close location to downtown, you might as well stay here! Thanks for hosting us!
