“The location is close to shopping mall, transportation and is easy to find… The hosts are friendly, although we hear them sometimes we hardly ever see them…would highly recommend…”

“If you're looking for a real home away from home this property is your answer. The hosts were lovely, the beds incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and being so close to the lake was incredible. We woke up to a deer in the backyard and enjoyed breakfasts and Dinners on the covered patio which was so perfect since it decided to rain most of our trip. Everything was easy as you'd hope your stay to be. We'd love to come back and enjoy a bit of a longer stay next time. ”

“The most positive part of my stay at this particular location was how professional and curteous the host was. I always appreciate feeling that I am in good hands when I'm staying anywhere far from home, and given this was as far as visiting a neighboring country, I was grateful that I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay.”

“This is a lovely property and the bedrooms and bathroom are quite spacious. It is part of a large home and has its own entry door. The unit is only separated from the main house by locked doors, so there is little sound abatement. We weren't expecting to hear so much noise from the resident family (doors slamming and children squealing). Also, there is no sink in the kitchen area, so preparing food would be a challenge. The location is great. ”

“The house was super clean when we arrived. Very comfortable place to stay, wonderful hosts, overall it was perfect for our big family (7 people) to stay in.”

“Lovely and spacious suite that has everything you need. Very clean and quiet location away from congestion, noise of the downtown city. Quick responses back from owners and are willing to help make your stay enjoyable with info or if any questions arise. We stayed during a very hot heat wave in Aug and suite was comfortably cool to be in. Loved that there are 2 bathrooms to help everyone get ready in a timely matter. Have no negative comments to share. We would stay here again for sure!”

“Our experience was excellent. Check in was very easy, the home was very clean and was exactly as described. Our hose was responsive and helpful. Plenty of parking, ample linens, the beds were comfortable. I would recommend this rental. ”

"Overall everything is ok, expect one front desk staff have very poor customer service. My partner left his backpack at the lobby couch after we checked out. It was around an hour when we found out the backpack was left there. So we call the hotel and ask if they can check the couch for us, staff who picked up the call didn’t even checked and strongly confirmed that she did not receive anything at the front desk. As soon as we were back to the hotel we ask the front desk who worked on 1/4/2025 in the afternoon, who I assume it’s the same person who picked up my call. We asked her again if they have found the backpack, she said “we haven't found anything yet”, while I was trying to play a sound on my IPad which is in the bag, and immediately I heard the ringing sound was coming from her office. So then why she keep saying ‘No’. We were pretty disappointed to this specific staff’s poor customer services. "
