「Check in was at 4pm. We arrived at 5:45 and was informed there still were no clean rooms.」

I understand this is a casino hotel, but get with the trends of other casino hotels. The whole hotel stinks of cigarettes. No smoking areas are pretty much no smoking “optional” areas. The good.. nice room, bed, and shower.」

「Our second tone here and we love the extra security when getting to your room. Great hotel. Staff friendliness was hit or miss this trip, everyone seemed overworked. We love the casino and the desserts, but coffee in the morning was a wait with only one member working all 4 days we were there, and room service we couldn’t get ahold of ever.」
