「Totally wrong booking. We were searching and trying to make the booking of Jasper. How could it go through to this hotel? And there's no email address for us to contact...So sad experience.」

「We stayed 1 night at Econolodge Smiths Falls and can safely say we would not return. The positives, staff were friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable but we did have to ask for extra pillows. The negatives, the hotel is in desperate need of renovation, peeling paint, cracked bathroom sink, enamel on bath cracked, no fan in the bathroom, carpet ridges and stained. The balconies were very dismal and had there been chairs to sit in you would not be able to see the view of the canal due to...

「Low price reflected in the basic rooms. TV and cable but no wifi. Good water pressure, air conditioners in every room, comfortable beds. Not all light fixtures had bulbs. Lots of parking, room for trailers. Several fast food outlets, convenience store within 5 minutes walk, gas stations within 5 minute drive.」
