「Good communication from host!」

「The property is located in a pretty wooded area, close to both Missoula and Lolo. The road getting there, once you leave the main pavement, is a bit tricky and narrow in places. It's a basement apartment that could use a good cleaning, and new/newer bedding. The bed quilt looked old and was of questionable cleanliness. It did not appear that the furniture had been dusted or wiped down (the bedside table had a sticky substance where something had obviously been spilled). There was a dirty...

「Great location, amenities etc. Beds were too soft and need a box spring or plywood to keep them from dipping at the end of the bed. But overall good house. 」

「This was a comfortable and peaceful apartment with balcony overlooking the river across from the University of Montana. Very walkable to town and the University. Hosts were wonderful and the location perfect for our stay.」
