  • Enjoy all that beautiful Missoula has to offer in a cozy, rustic condo with high-end finishes. The Trail Street Condo is nestled into Missoula's Westside, with direct access to the bike trail, making it an easy ride or walk to the popular Good Food Store for coffee or a quick bite. Whether you’re enjoying the rivers in the summertime or cozying up next to the fireplace after hitting the slopes, The Trail Street Condo will add charm and convenience to your Montana experience!

    I’m available via message or phone call to answer any questions or be of assistance. Otherwise, make yourself at home and enjoy the privacy of your own apartment.

    Just a 10 minute drive to downtown Missoula and a 10 minute walk to Bayern Brewery and The Good Food Store!

    With smart locks we have a seamless self check-in process. We are available 24 hours a day to answer any questions or handle any issue that may arise. We are happy to interact as much or little as the guest prefers.

    This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo with a sleeper sofa in the living area, a balcony with a bistro set, and a full kitchen with a breakfast bar.

    The condo is located on the Milwaukee Trail, a link in Missoula’s bike trail system connecting the Westside of town to the East. Also near Mountain Line Bus routes, where everyone rides for free!

    Trail Street is a dead end, so once you've turned on it you'll be heading west. Towards the end of the street you'll see the condominium complex with several rustic looking condos and townhomes on both sides of the street.

    Your unit is in the first building on the right, 1916 Trail Street. Pull into the parking lot just before the building. The parking spaces are the first spaces right in front of the building. Park in the spot farthest to the right. Then you are going to want to walk to the right of the building where the stairs are, go up the stairs and your unit is the one on the right .

    As an extra service to our guests, we can provide a baby high chair and/or pack-n-play travel bed, upon request, free of charge.

    Pets: This is a pet friendly property, however, there is a 2 dog limit.

The property was very nice and is a great location. The only problem we had was trying to get out of the area when the Marathon was taking place (same weekend as the softball tournament we were in town for). We would definitely stay here again

Nice little one bedroom apt. Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, and appliances. Great market fairly close. Not walking distance to downtown or university, but a friendly complex with lots of people walking their dogs. It was very hot and smoky while I was there, but apt was kept at a reasonable temp with swamp coolers. Older one in the bedroom was very noisy but that was the only slight problem in my stay.

Great Condo in Nice Location

We had a nice stay in Missoula at this great 1 bedroom condo. We were in town for a quick overnight visit with our son. Picked this property so we could bring our dog along to visit! Would definately stay here again.

I liked how cozy this property felt and the personal touch of the card and the local beers was a very nice touch. The location was convenient to everything in Missoula and check in instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. I would definetely recommend this condo and would stay there again.

Tucked away in a quaint neighborhood, the condo was pretty much as advertised. AC in bedroom worked well and treats upon check-in were appreciated.

My husband and I along with our dog stayed at the condo while visiting our son in Missoula. Great location, quiet, clean, comfortable. We normally camp while here but when we come back to Missoula in non-camping weather this will be our go to place to stay! Hosts were very responsive. We highly recommend this condo.

Perfect Apartment

This little apartment is so nice! It's in a great neighborhood right by the Milwaukee Trail. Check in was a breeze, Greg was so easy to work with, the deck is fantastic, and the apartment was a perfect size and super clean. I will definitely be back!
