My husband and I have stayed here twice now and have described it like a luxury hostel. You have your own room and bathroom, but it has a crisp minimalist feel that we have really enjoyed. The hotel’s cafe next door is delightful and staff there are very kind.

I stay here when I visit my son at university of montana, its 7 minutes from the university. The bed is always so comfortable! It's very clean and its self entry so you use the code they send you via text.

The location is great for downtown Missoula. The rooms are very basic but that said, clean and comfortable. There really is no staff and no real amenities, at least not that I saw.

Room was clean and spacious. The rooms are basic with outdoor amenities. I recommend getting a room with a balcony and Mountain View. There is no front desk. You can check in at the coffee shop across the parking lot. All doors use access codes to get in, no hotel keys. Free parking. Great location to downtown Missoula.

The room itself was clean and a standard size hotel room. It had some cool amenities that we did not use like a hammock hanging from the ceiling, an a yeti cooler and bike racks. We were in town for just the night to visit a friend so we didn’t need any of those things. My only issue is that the fan on the AC kept blowing at full speed, despite switching it to different speeds. And there is no reception or staff at night to report this to.

Great amenities and well priced for an overnight stay. Good quality touches such as tea and coffee, kettle, Yeti cooler, bathroom toiletries, new towels and great quality linen. Good location to town but on edge so not noisy at all.

The entire hotel was incredibly clean and it was very easy to get checked in and settled. Was definitely interesting not having any lobby staff on property, but they do a great job of explaining how to get into your room and we’re very timely and sending all necessary key codes that we needed. We would definitely stay there again, as it was an incredibly unique hotel experience!

Great location for dropping our daughter off to University of Montana. Easy check in with code sent to us the day of our stay. Only suggestion is to bring a smaller car. Parking spots were challenging for me.

Downtown Missoula is quite walkable - generally speaking. We stayed here while attending a concert at Griz and it was a half hour walk there and back. This was also a good central location for exploring the shops and restaurants downtown. The room had all the amenities we could have wanted and working AC!

I liked that the room, hotel and café were very clean and the staff was very helpful with issues we were having. Chris, the hotel manager, was extremely helpful showing us how to "cast" on the TV. It's not mentioned that they don't have cable and there are no directions what to do. Our room didn't have glasses, cups, extra blankets or hangers. Not everyone rolls in with just a backpack! The staff helped get those things that we needed. Overall, our stay was good and we loved the fact we could walk to downtown to the park, shops and restaurants, since we didn't rent a car. I expect these problems will be solved with time. The hotel is only a few months old.

The code we were given didn’t work, and with no one at the entrance, we had a bit of a hard time getting ahold of someone to give us a new code. But the room was great and really clean. Would stay again.
