"Customer Services were top notch 👌 Bed, bathrooms clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. The elevators weren't working 😕 and with all our luggage this was difficult. The old school continental breakfast was serviceable and the coffee was awful 😖 but we did find a local barista @lighthouse ..."
